SCHOLARSHIP

 

 

General Information

 

Award:  Two $1500 scholarships will be awarded in 2011 to qualified applicants.  The awards for 2010 have been made.

  

Scholarship Use:  The scholarship must be used at a two- or four-year accredited

college or university or an accredited trade school within the academic year following

receipt of the scholarship. It may be used for tuition and/or fees.

 

 

Selection Criteria:  All applicants will be judged on:

 

1. High school and college transcripts

2. This application, including reflection statement

3.  Letter of recommendation

 

 

Application Date:  All applications must be postmarked by April 16, 2011.

 

 

Process:  All applicants must complete this written application form.

 

 

Submissions:  All applications should be submitted to the Scholarship Counselor at

your school.  Incomplete applications will not be considered for scholarship. The Counselor should then send the completed application to:
